Grand Opening of MEGU Gstaad-Switzerland
Our Modern Japanese Cuisine introduces a new and creative style of dining to Gstaad- Switzerland. Megu atThe Alpina Gstaad is the first European location of the celebrated MEGU concept, with its flagship in New York.
At MEGU, you will experience some of Japan’s most unusual ingredients and dishes, prepared by two expert Japanese chefs. The bar counter features a wide choice of freshly prepared sashimi and sushi as well as an extensive sake selection with rarities exclusively imported for The Alpina Gstaad.
The restaurant’s design by award-winning decorator Noé Duchafour-Lawrence is inspired by Japanese houses, temples and antique kimonos, with accents of vermillion and antique fir wood. This all contributes to the elegant Japanese-Alpine ambiance.
